In this project, Vicvac Electronics Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. partnered with Schneider Electric's Green & Smart Manufacturing Business Unit, focusing on lean management as the core, embarking on a new journey to optimize and upgrade the company's production and operations.

At the kick-off meeting, the host first announced the official start of the meeting, extended a warm welcome to the Schneider Electric expert team, company leaders, and project team members present, and detailed the project background, core objectives, and the agenda of the kick-off meeting, enabling all participants to understand the project's significance and direction.

Subsequently, Mr. Lu, the project manager from Schneider Electric, provided a comprehensive interpretation of the project implementation content. From the project consulting framework and core construction content to organizational division of labor, working methods, and implementation plan, Mr. Lu gave a detailed explanation, clarifying the work priorities, implementation paths, and phased goals of the three major modules: production efficiency improvement, warehouse logistics optimization, and SIM platform construction.

Project Authorization and Appointment Ceremony
The leaders of Vicvac Electronics Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. officially issued appointment letters to the leaders of each module, specifying that the project manager is Manager Hou, the leader of the production efficiency module is Engineer Ye, the leader of the warehouse logistics module is Manager You, and the leader of the SIM module is Engineer Dou.
